The vase was thrown on a potter's wheel then trimmed and altered to shape the cut lip and dart the sides. Colored slip dots and lines were applied with a metal-tipped slip trailer wrapping the vase in a pattern that is both tactile and beautiful.

The vase is glaze fired to cone 6 in an electric kiln. Glazes are lead free and food safe. It is dishwasher safe but I always suggest hand-washing to protect delicate edges.

This vase measures 4.25 inches across and 6 inches tall.
